In a somber turn of events, Midwest Radio shared several heartbreaking obituaries. John Clarke of "Swan House" Easkey, Co. Sligo passed away suddenly, Joseph Fenton of Castlebar will be deeply missed, Tess Maxwell of Louisburgh peacefully left this world, and Eamon Murray of Galway bid adieu. Additionally, Diarmaid Farrell of Ballina, Co. Mayo, peacefully passed at Mayo University Hospital. In brighter news, Tipperary Mid West Radio announced financial support for Heritage Week 2024 events, with grants ranging from €200 to €500.
