Filming started just this February, so it shouldn't be a surprise that the Oscar nominated actor was seen in New York adorned with the make-up and prosthetics needed to construct Oswald Cobblepot's iconic mug. While Matt Reeves won't be directing the project, he and Farrell will both be executive producers for the HBO Max limited series. The 8-episode series is set to premiere in 2024.
