In the eighth interview of the series, Emily McKeown speaks about her role as a Women's Development Officer.

“I just think it has a sport for everyone. I would have loved the opportunity to play it earlier. “This is a real factor in our retention being really good this year. “It is all about options. “We do a lot of Touch and Tag rugby in PE. Last year, it was in play for half the season. “The clubs have been really on board with what we are trying to do. This year, it is for the whole season. “It should eventually help the Metro area development. We are getting better and better.” We want to give them a chance to play rugby as early as possible.
