Here's how we rated the Clarets in the clash at Turf Moor.
Showed real quality on the ball and from set pieces and crosses too. Ought to have done better with header towards the end, but put in corner which led to equaliser. The Clarets continued to press and Zaroury put in a great cross in the closing stages for Josh Brownhill but he could not direct his header goalwards. Muric was replaced by Peacock-Farrell at the interval. Michael Obafemi - 6.5 Anass Zaroury forced Bachmann into action just before the break as Joao Pedro gave the Hornets the advantage at Turf Moor after the visitors capitalised on Aro Muric's error. Ashley Barnes - 6.5 Before the 20 minute mark, Barnes found the side netting from Gudmundsson's corner. Very reliable in possession. But otherwise good performance overall from Wales international. Josh Brownhill - 7

They brought the keeper up for the corner and we needed one last-ditch defending [effort] and we didn't quite do it. There are a lot of points to play for and this should be the standard for us in every game. "Yes, we're disappointed, we were so close against the league leaders but we didn't quite manage the last six minutes. Today was the type of game you can lose against that type of competitor so that is a very good point." But I think the pressure we put on opponents reflects the nature of the game - and [the late goals] does add some drama. "I want the guys to be disappointed, of course, I am gutted but tonight shows what we can do with that spirit, organisation, attitude and mentality.

Vincent Kompany insists there was no tactical reason behind taking off goalkeeper Aro Muric at half-time of Burnley's draw against Watford and the stopper ...
Kompany revealed there was no tactical reason behind taking Muric off at the break, despite his error, and the stopper was withdrawn due to feeling unwell. But like I said, probably in another situation he misses very few games, but now just with the volume of it we don’t know. Muric did not reappear for the second half and his place inbetween the sticks was taken by Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
