Liverpool f.c. vs Everton lineups

[Luis Diaz](/people/luis-diaz/) remains out while [Thiago](/people/thiago/) is also injured again, but [Fabinho](/people/fabinho/) could come back into the fold after being left out last week. [Dominic Calvert-Lewin](/people/dominic-calvert-lewin/) is not expected to be fit enough to feature here for Everton after the striker was taken off on the hour mark last weekend. [Jurgen Klopp](/people/jurgen-klopp/)'s side are on just as bad of a run now in 2023, as they are still yet to win a league game since the turn of the year. [Diogo Jota](/people/diogo-jota/) is set to be named in the squad after a lengthy injury lay-off. [Everton](/football/everton/) will make the short trip across Stanley Park to face [Liverpool](/football/liverpool/) at Anfield in the second [Merseyside derby](/football/merseyside-derby/) of the season on Monday night. Coming to Anfield is usually enough of a challenge at the best of times, but Everton are on a run of just two wins in their last 27 away Premier League games.

Thiago is expected to miss up to four weeks with the issue, with the Merseyside derby the first of a potential seven games he could sit out.

Dyche will be hoping to recreate his famous win over Liverpool with Burnley with his new side.
