ITV This Morning viewers fall in love with competition winner who's ... (MyLondon)

John melted viewers' hearts during the Spin To Win segment - but others were convinced he shouldn't have been allowed to play.

He pulled over to the side of the road to have a go at the [ ITV](https://www.mylondon.news/all-about/itv) contest, as well as a chat with the presenters - and charmed viewers in the process. They Tweeted "I'm sure the rules say "Nobody else can answer the phone"" and "Hang on hang on… However, other viewers weren't certain that John should have been allowed to play Spin To Win given it was his wife who answered the phone. A third tweeted: "How precious are John and Vivian on #ThisMorning !!" #ThisMorning". This Morning viewers loved a 77-year-old competition winner who said he's been trying to win for 56 years.

ITV This Morning viewers fuming as Dr Chris doesn't believe ... (MyLondon)

Dr Chris appeared on Wednesday's episode of This Morning to give some insight - but annoyed viewers with his comments about sleep.

If only" and "If I get 5 hours sleep I'm very happy #ThisMorning". We get 2.5 hours sleep during programme." Others Tweeted "#ThisMorning I'd love 5 hours of sleep a night. One of these found that those who got more than five hours per sleep night were less at risk of major health issues - however, This Morning's guest doctor confessed he had a hard time imagining that "anyone" got less than this amount. This Morning fans are fuming after Dr Chris said he doesn't believe "anyone gets less than five hours of sleep regularly". User @FabMum10, for example, commented: "Listening to Dr Chris not knowing who survives on five hours sleep a night.
