There’s also table tennis on the pool deck, where you’ll find a large heated pool and two whirlpools. The Speaker Series will see lectures given by scientists, authors, filmmakers and historians – so that you can learn about the local wonders of every port you visit. For more intimate experiences, you can play bridge in the ship’s Card Room or retire to your own private balcony. Offering dramatic views on the fifth deck, you’ll find an infinity-edge plunge pool that contours to the shape of the stern of the ship. Each of the six ships in the Regent fleet has been designed to provide guests with as much space as possible – with large outdoor terraces, expansive areas for activities, and secluded spaces for personal time. Or simply unwind in one of two whirlpools on the pool deck. At the heart of the ship is the magnificent Atrium, which boasts a beautiful chandelier above, and the flagship Compass Rose restaurant below (the largest specialty restaurant in any of the cruise line’s fleet). That’s why Regent Seven Seas Cruises is committed to providing unrivalled space at sea – to deliver profound experiences, away from the crowds, that will stay with you for a lifetime. There’s also the fact that Regent’s all-inclusive fares mean that everything is included – from unlimited drinks and all meals, to airport-to-ship transfers and limitless shore excursions. Of course, the greatest discoveries are often personal, enjoyed in your own space and at your own time.
