"The Fair, as in previous years is being organised by the Northern Ireland Football Programme Collectors Club. Admission to the fair will be £2 and everyone is welcome. The Club will also present their annual ‘Programme of the Year award to the Club producing the best programme for the seasons 2019:20 and 2021:22." These include books, badges, autographed items, shirts and other football related memorabilia. "It’s good to be back and following the success of our previous fairs it is hoped that the 2022 Fair will prove to be even more popular," said organiser Lester Wood. In addition to all the programmes on sale, there will be a wide range of football collectables on display.

We constantly remind each other that we are athletes before we are amputees. “We have prepared well, we know the weaknesses of the opposition and we can hopefully affect that.” “We want to play football and we want to be successful. “This has helped us dramatically because it has given us the opportunity to get out to Turkey a little bit earlier and have two and a half more days to prepare properly, get used to the heat and have a couple of training sessions.” “The players are fantastic - fantastic individuals and fantastic athletes - and for me, it’s a special bond that we have with each other.
