Una Leonard of 2210 Patisserie bakery officially launched her new book, Sweet Therapy - The Joys of Baking, this week.

In the book, Ms Leonard opens up about her battle with depression and how baking gave her a glimpse of hope and the encouragement to keep going. Una will also make an appearance on The Late Late Show tonight on RTÉ One from 9.35pm. Una opened her bakery in 2015 as a talented 18-year-old, but behind her success are real life challenges and mental health struggles.
