Gogglebox viewers won't recognise us now our wedding diet is over ... (The Irish Sun)

GOGGLEBOX Ireland fan favourites Dawn and Dale joked they'll be "a little bit plumper" this series - after putting on weight following their dream w.

Dale said: “I’d say the closest thing we’ll get is a goldfish. It’s very strange, but in a good way. Nothing is planned as such. Dave said: “We missed a couple of episodes at the start, with Covid restrictions in the middle so we didn't even get a full season. “Having people come up to us, in the run up to the wedding and asking questions as well, it’s almost a year since we’re married now, and we still have people congratulating us which is lovely.” The pair originally signed up for the series back in 2017, and revealed Irish audiences now “feel like they know them” when they’re out in public.
