The certificate from her local NHS trust read: 'Thank you for your dedication to both our staff and patients. Amanda posted a video of the tiny puppies on her Twitter page yesterday (Saturday, August 13) which showed her daughter Clemmie serving them a bowl of milk. Liz Calvert replied to the tweet with a picture of her and Amanda looking gleeful. The caption read: "Had a lovely visit to Ravenseat yesterday.
