They said: "The GAA can confirm that following comprehensive testing and a full review of Hawkeye's score detection technology in recent days, the system will be in use for Sunday's All-Ireland hurling final meeting of Kilkenny and Limerick. However, in a statement released on Friday morning, the GAA announced that it would be reinstated on Sunday. Meanwhile, the GAA have confirmed that the score-detection system Hawk-Eye WILL be in use in Sunday's hurling final.
