Broadcaster Sile Seoige has revealed she's leaving Dublin to move back to her native Galway with her young family.
One of the requirements was you had to be from the area so I ticked that box. 'You get so much more for your money when you move out of Dublin - saying that we are at the stages of building and the costs are going through the roof but we will make it work. 'I will be sad, I love Dublin. Really for work, for both of us, Dublin makes more sense but as parents and what we can pass on to our kids with freedom and quality of life, this seems like the right move. Moving is not fun, I have done it enough times but once we make the move it will be fantastic.' I never thought I would move back but the older I get and every time I go back, I realise I am from a really lovely place, people are cool, it is a great place to raise a family She explained: 'It will be fine, with my work you can do it anywhere and the pandemic proved that and if I am in Dublin for work , you just hop in the car and you are up in two hours.
SILE Seoige has revealed that she is planning on making a major move from Dublin to Galway to be closer to her family.The TV presenter, her partner Da.
"I was nearing the end of my cancer treatment and I was dealing with a breakup too. However, Sile explained that behind the scenes of the snap she had "cried most of the way" to the event. Speaking about the move she said: "It will be a big change for all of us, it will be massive for Damien, coming from Blarney in Cork to Dublin when he was 19 and now to Connemara.
