Limerick progressed to an All-Ireland final date with Kilkenny on 17 July after a 0-27 to 1-21 win over Galway at Croke Park.
But the pressure from Galway’s forwards was relentless and Glennon and Cooney (a free) scored from turnovers to send them ahead again after an hour.
