Latest figures from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre indicate “an ongoing increase” of cases of Covid-19 in Ireland.

The HSE website said: “You may not have all of the symptoms or your symptoms may be mild. Less common symptoms that could indicate that you have Covid-19 include the usual loss of taste or smell, headache, nasal congestion and a sore throat. As we move into summer, many people have been affected by hay fever, but symptoms of Covid-19 “can be like symptoms” of these allergies, colds or even the flu.
