Oil-rich Russia, and Russian ally Belarus are both under the euro mark. In Poland it's €1.70 and €1.59 while Cyrpus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Bulgaria are all floating around the €1.60-€1.70 for petrol and €1.60 to €1.80 mark for diesel. On the lower scale, Malta is priced at around €1.33 for petrol and €1.20 for diesel but that's not even the cheapest. Denmark was a similar €2.53 for petrol and €2.20 for diesel while Finland was €2.51 and €2.36. Lately the cost of petrol and diesel has gone over the €2 per litre mark in many stations, and it's very hard to find anywhere selling for less. According to CargoPedia's index, Ireland's petrol was €1.96 per litre and diesel was €1.91 per litre as of June 13th.
