An I’m disappointed in my parents and press in every way.” Tokata also called Eza her “comrade” while calling her parents “manipulative” and her father’s allegations “transphobic.” As someone just viewing some of the things Tokata has posted, it looks to me like this is someone who definitely isn’t thinking for themselves but that’s just my personal observation. They have become a HUGE liability and I think it would be virtually impossible to promote a tentpole release like this with them at the forefront. The protective order would prevent Miller from “contacting or harassing” Tokata or her parents and would also force the actor to stay 100 yards away from the family home prior to a July 12 hearing about the matter. The only problem is that law enforcement has been unable to locate Miller and they have yet to be served with the papers. The parents of Tokata, Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle, had an interim order of protection for their daughter approved by a judge from the Standing Rock Sioux tribal court in North Dakota last week. The Ezra Miller saga continues to get more and more bizarre.

From the same woke perspective, it is as much a parental duty to encourage youthful independence, especially in young women, as it is to stifle any hint of protective concern about your daughter’s choice of friends. In previous ages, if a girl’s new BFF was an adult male, that might be taken as a reasonable proxy for exercising caution in allowing the friendship, let alone Miller’s heavily publicised forms of self-styled ‘queerness’ (which is to say, determination to undermine all social norms). They have accused the actor of “corrupting a minor”, giving her drugs and flying her to London, Vermont, New York, California and Hawaii.
Ezra Miller is reportedly avoiding law enforcement officers to prevent them from serving the actor with papers related to a protective order.
"Ezra would get a thought in [their] head and say, 'I don't know what I’m doing,'" the insider said. Grooming accusations are only the latest in a string of legal troubles Miller has faced in 2022. The grooming allegations against Ezra Miller first surfaced in June 2022, after court documents filed by Chase Iron Eyes and Sara Jumping Eagle were made public.

They also claimed they do not have a cellphone out of their “own conviction”. Miller started acting at a young age and is best known for roles in blockbuster hits The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, DC’s The Flash, the Fantastic Beasts franchise, and Justice League. In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the parents allege: “Ezra uses violence, intimidation, the threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent.”

DC has been trying to get a film starring the fastest man alive off the ground for years now, making the situation the long-awaited product is now facing only more unfortunate. Just recently, the parents of 18-year-old Tokota Iron Eyes filed a complaint to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court to accuse Miller of grooming their child. After all, Warner Bros. will have a challenging time marketing The Flash and taking Miller on an interview circuit with this kind of baggage on top of them.
A court hasn't been able to "locate or serve" a protection order against Ezra Miller after grooming allegations were made against the actor.
The order also requires Miller to stay 100 yards away from the family's home. They’ve been avoiding service, and now there’s public pressure mounting on them to make a decision, which makes us very concerned about Ezra’s volatile nature. While the court approved the protective order on June 7, the court has not been able to "locate or serve" Miller, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Law enforcement "cannot locate" Miller after the teen's parents attempted to serve the actor with a restraining order, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Exclusive: Comic-Book Superstar Grant Morrison Channeled John Lennon. Hear the Song They Wrote. Morrison also tells Rolling Stone why they're baffled by ...
The “they” thing was kind of given to me, and I’ve accepted it as a badge of honor. But I think there was there was a loss of faith and innocence that ran through America from the Seventies onwards, and the notion of Superman got caught up in that. It plays a lot of tricks, and it’s a thriller as well. I used to walk around town, and this was who I was, I didn’t dress as a boy or a girl. And it’s telling a very old story, but it’s also me versus the novel. So I think people still are clinging on to that last rope — “who knows, maybe we’ll become superhuman, maybe we’ll get through this.” But the truth is, these images are very infantile, and the fear of the future is driving that return to the past. I hated the routine and the travel, but the in-between was great fun. I’m really looking forward to Thor [Love and Thunder]. I love the colorful ones — the ones that are more like the actual Marvel source. It was just always, “we need to get our own people to do this.” They’ve got the formula now, and it really works well, but back then, it was very much, “Hollywood people should be doing this stuff, not you freaky comic guys.” But you know, that never stopped them from stealing our stuff [laughs]. They’re quite happy to put their hands in our pockets for whatever they needed to! At the time, there was an upsurge of Sixties-style stuff again, Creation Records and acid house, eventually Oasis. So I thought, well, I’ll take Lennon, and the idea of Lennon — if I treat them like the way you would a god or a demon or an angel — I may be able to summon a spirit of Lennon. And again, this wasn’t the real Lennon, the problematic Lennon — this was the idea of Lennon as a kind of psychedelic avatar and as a kind of creative source. I had this white 12-string Rickenbacker, and I put “Tomorrow Never Knows” on a loop on headphones, and laid down all the albums and images around a magic circle and basically just summoned Lennon the way that you would summon a god in a ritual. It was a Flash story, so it wasn’t where they wanted to go with multiverse and stuff.
Ezra Miller has been embroiling in many controversies throughout their career including grooming allegations from the parents of Gibson Iron Eyes, ...
Their parents allege Miller tried to sleep in the same bed as Gibson and provided Gibson with alcohol, marijuana, and LSD. The parents go on to accuse the actor of influencing Gibson in their decision to drop out of their private school in Massachusetts in December 2021. “My father and his allegations hold no weight and are frankly transphobic and based in the notion that I am somehow incapable of coherent thought or opposing opinions to those of my own kindred worrying about my well being,” Gibson continued. According to court documents, Miller allegedly flew Gibson to London in 2017 to visit the set of Fantastic Beasts. Gibson was 14 at the time and Ezra was 25. “My comrade Ezra Miller for the entirety of the aforementioned era has only provided loving support and invaluable protection throughout this period of loss.” “According to a knowledgeable source, the consensus in the room was to hit pause on any future projects involving Miller including possible appearances in the DC Extended Universe,” Rolling Stone reports. “That was a great film experience because of how fucked up it was and like a psychotic filmmaking process with young kids,” they say in a 2018 interview with The Hollywood Reporter. “And then I was just hooked to film.” After the film is released, Miller drops out of Hoboken’s Hudson School during their junior year. They were born with a speech impediment, so they turned to opera to focus on “control and manipulation of the breath,” Miller told The Daily Beast in 2017. April 1, 2020: In a since-deleted tweet, a disturbing video alleges to show Miller choking a woman and throwing her to the ground at Prikið Kaffihús, a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland. Variety confirms that the altercation took place at the trendy bar and employees identify Miller in the video, who they escort from the premises. That was tied into the illness that I was discovering in myself.” In a leading role, Miller portrays one of the prisoners. The actor instead faces two citations of disorderly conduct and is ordered to pay $600. “I don’t feel like there’s any need to hide the fact that I smoke pot,” they would tell New York Magazine.“It’s a harmless herbal substance that increases sensory appreciation.” “It was very empowering.” Miller went on to join the children’s chorus at the Metropolitan Opera for two seasons.

“If the statements are too profoundly contrasting to whatever assumptions those of us have garnered, and have chosen to carry, I’d like to say that it’s nobody’s business and that no one is owed a story or an outcome,” Tokata says. While there, Miller allegedly tried to sleep in the same bed as Tokata, then 14, and was prevented from doing so by a chaperone, according to the petition. “Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata,” said the filing, which listed several additional alleged incidents of impropriety. And a fourth “Fantastic Beasts” film is rumored but not confirmed. The actor continues to obstruct a sidewalk, and in return they are cited by police for obstructing a highway. A couple gets a restraining order against Miller, accusing the actor of barging into their bedroom and threatening them at a Hilo hostel. The parents of an 18-year-old from North Dakota obtain an interim protective order against Miller on behalf of their child. A seven-second video surfaces in April 2020 that appears to show Miller saying to a female fan in Reykjavik, Iceland, ”Oh, you wanna fight? Miller has cameos as Barry Allen — the Flash — for the first time in the shared universe of DC superhero films. “They’re especially unsettling because they play into deeply noxious stereotypes that can still emerge when an older man meets a sensitive lad in the shadows...” Speaking about the subject matter of “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” Miller said, “[Bullying] does come with the territory of being a lesbian/gay/bi/queer/trans person in the public school system. “I have a lot of really wonderful friends who are of very different sexes and genders.
