Saoirse Ronan has taken to the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival alongside boyfriend Jack Lowden who was there to accept a young actors' award.

The 28-year-old was attending the event at the Carlton Beach hotel where Jack had been honoured with a Chopard Trophy.
