Adaptive Off-Road Cruise Control makes its debut on New Range Rover Sport and helps drivers navigate tricky terrain by maintaining steady progress according to the ground conditions. The Meridian Signature Sound System is the most advanced and powerful audio system ever fitted to a Range Rover Sport, with up to 29 speakers including four headrest speakers to create personal sound zones for the four main cabin occupants. Amazon Alexa2 brings a new level of convenience, providing the ability to control various settings and features using natural voice commands while reducing the potential for distraction. New Range Rover Sport is based on Land Rover's advanced, flexible Modular Longitudinal Architecture (MLA-Flex), which provides the perfect foundations for its superior dynamics and peerless refinement. He therefore appreciates the aesthetic appeal of a car, but for him, the driving experience is still second to none. As per the Range Rover, the Sport is powered by a new range of mostly electrified engines, centred around 3.0 litre turbocharged Ingenium straight-six. To that end, it comes as standard with intelligent all-wheel drive and the company’s trademark Terrain Response 2 system, which can automatically adjust various parameters to suit the conditions. Alternatively, the Sport is available with a BMW-sourced 4.4 litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing 530 PS and getting the car from zero to 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds. Elsewhere, the car receives Ultrafabrics leather-free upholstery options as an alternative to the usual leathers, along with available two-tone colourways and Moonlight Chrome accents. Dynamic Air Suspension with adaptive Bilstein dampers comes as standard and uses eHorizon navigation data to adjust itself to suit upcoming bends.
2024 is also the year when the pure-electric version of the big Range Rover is also expected to debut.
