A second woman has been taken to St Vincent's Hospital to be treated for her injuries and later discharged while the third was treated at the scene by emergency services. A surfer was also seen coming to the women's aid before emergency services managed to rescue them but unfortunately, Freeman was pronounced dead at the scene.
