Two Norries set to lead RTE's Late Late show line-up (Cork Beo)

The Two Norries, DJ Annie Mac, comedian Alison Spittle, and ventriloquist Nina Conti are among those joining Ryan Tubridy in the studio tomorrow.

Later in the show, the queen of ventriloquism Nina Conti will be surprising members of The Late Late Show audience with her hilarious match-making skills. RTE has also confirmed that Westmeath comedian Alison Spittle will be live in studio with Ryan to talk about the very unexpected inspiration behind her new show, why the English sausage is "a thing of horror", and her experience of hosting "the most 2022 hen party ever". The Late Late Show line-up this Friday night is due to be packed with Irish podcast, music, and comedic stars alongside the queen of ventriloquism and more.

The cast of the musical Girl From the North Country - based on the music of Bob Dylan - will also perform live in the studio ahead of the musical coming to the Olympia this summer. Irish DJ Annie Mac will also join Ryan to discuss the return of nightlife after two years of Covid-19 closures, her career spanning 17 years on BBC Radio One, a new career as an author and how not getting her first choice in the Leaving Cert ended up as a blessing. The Two Norries have built a very successful podcast on the bedrock of recovery from addiction and James Leonard and Timmy Long will join Ryan to discuss their own journeys into addiction and out of it through recovery.
