Holly Willoughby's latest show airs on Tuesday as famous faces take on epic challenges set by extreme athlete and cold-water therapy advocate, Wim Hof.

Holly has now shared a behind the scenes look ahead of the programme's debut. Lee said: "My passions in life are Wim Hof, watching ‘This Morning’ in my undies, sub-zero temperatures, looking at celebrities sitting in cold water and free hotels. The This Morning star will present Freeze the Fear alongside comedian Lee Mack as eight celebrities undertake a series of sub-zero challenges.
